Airport Honolulu Hotel, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

Staff was great. We recieved 2 free drinks at sharks cove bar on the ground floor. Bartender was great as well. We ordered pupu's (appetizers), the prices was high but well worth it. The room was okay, just felt dusty. I found a sock that didn't belong to me or my husband, between the bed and night stand. It seriously upseted my stomach. We stay only an overnighter, only because we had an early flight. We would definitely go back and stay again.

Hotel may be slightly dated but it’s clean, quiet and reasonably priced compared to many other hotels in Honolulu. It’s a free shuttle to the hotel from the airport, so didn’t rent a car. Be sure to add the Hotel phone number to your phone, so you can call for the Airport shuttle. There were hiccups on shuttle service. We Uber’d very inexpensively to our restaurant, didn’t have to worry about directions or DUI. Has a huge kidney-shaped outdoor pool, with a restaurant and small bar attached Best of all, they have a terrific staff. Last night, we had drinks (get a complimentary drink from the hotel) and the waitress was so hospitable. Reception staff were equally welcoming, and provided us with earplugs because we snore loudly. And again, this morning, at breakfast ( also complimentary), our waitress Allie could not have been more gracious, attentive and friendly. Three separate times, they hit it out of the park. This doesn’t happen by accident. Management should be congratulated!

Customer service in the evening was great. Room was clean and comfy. Parking is limited, if checking in late be mindful that there might not be any parking. Morning checkout was super busy, long line and only 1 person at the counter.

Our stay was great. The hotel and rooms were clean and well maintained. The pool area is spacious and connects to the bar, which is a nice bonus. It’s also convenient to have a restaurant on site. If you choose the daily breakfast option, be aware that you’ll receive a voucher for each day. While the voucher covers breakfast, it does not allow you to dine in the restaurant—you’ll need to take your food back to your room. Also, be sure not to lose your vouchers, as they cannot be replaced.

The room was good, spacious, had a mini fridge as well as a microwave. Service was not bad. I only have 4 stars because I would come back to my room around 3pm and room service hasn’t came. Note: I also don’t know when they have them scheduled but I assumed it would have been cleaned in the morning not a big deal but it through me off. The location was convenient, close to the airport and little mart, food places a walk away. Also, the tram was close too!

My family and I have stayed here more then once and we have had a great experience both times and we will stay here again in the future. The rooms have everything you need refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker with coffee, iron/ironing board, etc. Kaira at the front desk is a rock star on both stays she went above and beyond for us. The staff is very nice and accommodating. The live music at the Sharks Den restaurant on Wednesday nights is awesome too.

The staff was very courteous and very friendly. The room was very clean.Well organized and with all the necessary amenities, especially a fridge and a microwave. My only request would be to have a small couch or lounge chair in the room. It seems like this room had two beds instead of just one leaving one side very empty.

My husband and I checked in for the day since we had a late flight. I will say this hotel has allot of potential, if they spend money on the rooms. Based on some of the reviews the beds do look worn. The funiture in the rooms are also dated, the lighting in the hall is very dim and the they need sliding doors for the luggage back and forth. The pool area was very nice and clean. You can tell they do work to keep the hotel clean and the service is very good. I see allot of potential here because they are so close to airport. I really liked the gift shop and everyone was just very welcoming. I hope to visit again, with updated rooms
